The CIP assessor receives his mission from the Group Process & Assessment manager and reports to him. He works closely with the Country Manager as well, on a day to day basis.
He ensures that the team managers, auditors & QCs are perfectly trained according to customers’ requirements and AQM standards to insure customer’s satisfaction. Using the CIP tool, and following AQM ethic codes, he assesses auditor/QC, previously selected by the Group training & Assessment Manager, travelling to factories on a daily basis. Depending on assessment results, the CIP assessor provides action plans & trainings.
The CIP Assessor delivers monthly result regarding the Country Manager’s team, specific action plan, CIP results, inspection volumes, training result, claim, etc.
Your Mindset, Experience and skills

Young graduated from a Textile Engineer school, you have previous experiences in textile production and you have strong knowledge in textile and inspection process (AQL, defect categories, factories, etc.).
You are enthusiastic, dependable, and you have good communication skills.
You have an eye for details and you like multi-tasking. You are fluent in English, have a good level in Chinese, French being a plus.
