Customer Service Manager (Shanghai, China)

The opportunity

In order to cope with our fast developing business, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager with high level of professionalism, flexibility and communications skills to provide excellent customer service to our customers. The position will be located in Shanghai, China and report to Inspection Operation Direction as part of the Operation Department.

The Duty

  • Onboarding new customers: creation and revision of instructions, set-up in Eurofins | AQM digital platform, training of local operation managers and report reviewers

  • Maintaining the relationship with the customers: handling all customers’ queries, working with customers to update programs/ instructions,

  • Implementing & monitoring internal KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, and efficiency of operations

  • Supporting the Inspection Operation Director in claim management and investigation

  • Daily review of the report release and systematic random crosscheck

The mindset, experience and skills


  • Fluent in both English and French

  • Textile engineer background or experienced in textile/fashion in Quality positions

  • Highly customer oriented

  • Self-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn

  • Enthusiastic, accountable, resilient with can-do attitude

  • Good in Microsoft office
